I was trying to think of how to explain what has been going on and this is what hit me….
I feel like before I came on this journey I was hanging out in calm water, living in the way that I thought was comfortable. I would push myself but only in times when I wanted to, when I felt I was ready.
Since I have been here I felt that I have run head on into things that God wants to break me of. Things that he wants to free me of. This has been the hardest things I have ever done, and to say that it is comfortable all the time is a lie.

When the times are hard he doesn’t leave us out to dry, he surrounds us. These people that are with us are in our lives for a reason, we build each other up, pray for each other, and cover each other in love. We love as Jesus did. He covers us. He doesn’t want us to suffer, he wants us to grow, that we may be able to help others.
So when the hard times come we don’t just sit alone and try to take them on. We surround ourselves with our brothers and sisters. We take time to be with God. We rejoice in what he has taken us through, and the person that he is molding us to be. We rejoice because he wants the best for us, because he loves us so much to take us away from the things that hold us down. He searches our heart, our mind, and our soul. He knows all and wants only the best for each of us.
There has been a saying since we have begun the journey. God gives us a jacket to wear, this is not a jacket that fits but one that we will grow into. Once we have grown into the jacket he gives us another one, and guess what it is bigger. He is continually challenging us and putting a new jacket on us once we have grown into the old one. It feels like for every month a new jacket is put on and by the end of the month we have grown into it. So He gives us another one to wear. We keep growing, we keep learning, it never stops.
May you continue to take the jacket and wear it until it fits, and then take up the next one. May you rejoice in what you have been brought through and may you continue to grow into the beautiful man or woman you were created to be.
Live in the Love.
