Wanted to share a few of the photos of our time in Nepal. Hope you enjoy!

Here are some of us building the orphanage in the village we lived.

Teaching the children the song, "My God is so Big" on our walk back from the orphanage.

One afternoon, we took some of the kids to the river in the village. It was so fun!

Helping at one of the soccer games, just like when I was in college!

On our bus ride back from the village into Kathmandu, our bus stopped in a very small village where all the houses looked like they were made of straw. We stopped for about 2 hours to fill the bus full of bananas. A few hours later, we stopped again to unload them all. Who knew our transportation was going to turn into a delivery truck?? This picture is of the children in the village. I was blowing up balloons for them and they were crowding around to get them. It was SO much fun. Possibly my favorite day this month.

This was my favorite little boy in this village. At first, the other kids were scared of us, but he was the brave little soul to give me a high five FIRST!
Here is a link to my teammate Nicole's video that shows more of our life in Nepal. I was involved in a majority of the things included in the video, except the surgery…..I did NOT have surgery in Nepal for staph infection, just her….:)

Also, my teammate Justin Marshall took several of these photos. He is an incredible photographer. We have spent the last two months working on the same team. If you want to see some amazing photographs from our time in Nepal and Tanzania, you should check out his blog (it's almost all pictures):
