I did get bit by a giraffe and you will
see the video if you keep reading…I feel at peace about it because
I am fine now and I have a reason to be here. It is not about seeing
cool animals, which is cool, but loving people to freedom. I want to
stay and see this whole race through! I trust God fully and will be
at peace no matter what happens. So it is down to the wire and I am
still $4900 short of what I am required to raise to finish this race.
My desire is to stay and serve in every nation we go to from here.
Tomorrow we leave Kenya around 6 am and arrive in Tanzania roughly 13
hours later. So, after 3 days of bus rides we will arrive in Iringa
for the month. I am not sure how long I would get to stay if the
rest of the support does not come in but the next plane we get on is
at the end of August and I imagine that would take more support than
I have. I am not the one that makes that call.
Here’s the deal, the deadline is July
1st and you’re reading this past the 1st. If
I am aware the money is coming in that is good, better if it is
committed. Monthly gifts for the next 5 months would be fabulous and
all would count now even if it is still coming through November! So
please consider giving $10 – as high as you want, monthly for just
5 months. You can also give a onetime gift of any amount and it will
help. Please share what I am doing with others so they might have the
opportunity to support me and be blessed.
Thank you so much for all the support
you have already given. Please pray for this to get done and I can go
back to blogging about all God is doing! This is really a small
amount when many help and is chump change for God, so please be a
part of His story and merge for a bit with mine. I would love to have
you be a part of the great things God is allowing me to do and see as
I love & serve these wonderful nations.
Thank you for reading. And remember
it’s tax deductible! Praise God that no one on my team got Malaria
and that we will stay healthy next month too!! Hope you had a great
4th of July!
Sorry.. I tried to load the short video
but the internet here is too slow. I will do my best to get it up
another time. I also have been trying to post this blog for over a
week! So I have been in Iringa for just under a week. It’s chilly and
we are doing well so far. I’m excited to see all God has for us to do
these next few weeks here.
