gives us so much grace. Most of the time when I pray or think about this year I
am putting all my trust in God, though every so often I start to wonder… will
my support come in? will this person really be healed?…I think this is normal
and God understands that we are still growing, maturing, and becoming who He
has for us to be. The good news is that God does not falter, does not doubt,
and does not change. Amen to that!
Earlier in the month we visited a local hospital, which is a
combo nursing home, and prayed over many people. We divided into groups so that
we could pray over everyone who was willing to allow us to. My teammates in the
other group met a girl who was in much pain and no one knew why, not her, not
her family, not any doctors. There seemed to be issues with her spine. She said
it was very painful to walk among other things and this had been going on a
while. My teammates came to get the rest of us to pray over her all together… we
went back there today and found out the she had become well and left a while
ago! Thank you Lord for healing her and answering our prayers. I trust God will
deliver many more through our prayers.
We have spent much of our time working with some churches going
door to door to share Christ and encourage any who will welcome us in. We met
other Christians and got to pray for and encourage them. The groups I have been
in have seen 6 new sisters come to Christ! Praise the Lord! I saw many who
changed while we were there and a light came into their eyes. We prayed for
financial needs, health, peace, and anything else we were asked. I may never
hear the results of the prayers but I am at peace because I trust God is not
done in Kitale and He will continue the work we started here, as well as the
work He was doing before we arrived. All the people I met I give over to Him
since He is God and I am not. 
We are suppose to have all our support in, or committed to
come in by the end of the year, by July 1st. That is only a week
away and I still need $4985 to come in. I am at peace with anything the Lord
does here but I trust that I am meant to continue. I have no idea when or how
the support with come in but I look forward to see how God does it. Thank you
for all the support you have already given me. Please prayfully consider giving
more or sharing what I am doing with others. Thank you.

asking for the Holy Spirit to speak to you, to stir up the desires of your
heart, to give you courage to step out in faith, and to lead you into what God
has for you to do this day, this week, this month, this year…
Our team name is now Dorcus and we are only 5 women. We are
trusting the Lord to use us in mighty ways each day these next 5 months. Please
pray for us to stay healthy (no malaria!!), to hear the Holy Spirit, and to step
out in faith more. Also that my support will all come in. Thank you! Have a
