Today, I had a really exciting opportunity/change occur!!
I got a chance to switch routes from July Route 2 to July Route 1!!
I got a chance to switch routes from July Route 2 to July Route 1!!
What this change means…
It means a (slightly) different list of destinations to memorize to answer the question "Where all will you be going?"
It means getting to know and connect with a whole new group of movers and shakers who are ready and willing to serve.
Speaking of where I'll be going now… Here's the new route:
Thailand
Cambodia
Vietnam
South Africa
Mozambique
Swaziland
Nepal
India
Turkey
Bulgaria
Romania
Other than that, nothing changes. I still have Training Camp in about two weeks (where I get to meet BOTH squads and more!!). I still leave in July.
Why, then, make the change?
We were asked if we'd be willing to change routes to help balance out numbers and I understand that need. I committed to the Race knowing that switching was a possibility and when asked to help out in this way, was already ready.
