Month 9 in Thailand was one of the best months ever! I was extremely blessed to have a fabulous ministry working at the WonGen Kafe, a place that offers refuge to women who are working in the sex trafficking industry in Chiang Mai. God provided a HUGE miracle to the owner, Emmy, when she was offered to buy a new, bigger building at a deeply discounted price that was located in a great spot to minister to the women in the Red Light District.
In addition to an awesome ministry, we got to stay in the best location with two fabulous former racers, AmyDuncan and Aimee D'Hondt. Those two ladies surely had the annointing of God on them and their ministries as well. The very BEST part of my month was the most awesome team EVER, Ashley Francis, Julia Waterman, Katy Westrom, and Kat Kraft. Every day was a fun, new adventure with these guys, and I love them dearly.
With the race coming to a close, please continue to pray that God places me where I need to go, in terms of a job and community following my return to the States. Also pray for safe travels into Cambodia next month and our last flight back into the America. I will be flying into LA on the 29th of May and the into Roanoke on June 1st. God bless you all!
