My beautiful and amazing teammate Tara Reed was reading the
book My Treasured Princess the other
night and this was the passage she read to me. It hit my prayers dead on that day and I
wanted to share:
My treasured princess,
I know that your identity is under great attack every day
as you are bombarded with lies of the enemy. Too many times I see you surrender
by allowing satan to make you feel worthless. Don’t bow down to these man made
idols to find your worth. You are mine, and this identity crisis is not my will
for you, my beloved treasure. Allow me alone to appraise your true value and
worth. I already proved to you how
much you are worth on the cross at Calvary. Starting today, begin to embrace
what you really are- my treasured possession and my crown jewel, chosen by me,
the King above all Kings.
