I Won My First 5K!

…In the category of “Best Throw Up Story,” anyway.

This morning the squad had a lot of fun running a “Panqueque (Spanish for pancake) 5k.” Every mile we had to eat a pancake and wash it down with a Sunny-D-type drink.

I don’t feel I have to expound any further.
