T-minus 3 hours and counting….
at 10:00 am we will be loading into vans headed to airport to hop a plane and FINALLY make it Africa!

We will spend January in Mozambique, Africa, bringing the love of Jesus to orphans and working at a conference, teaching and encouraging local pastors.

There are 470,000 children in this country who have been lost one or both parents to HIV/AIDS. Of it’s population of 20 million, 16% of adults are living with HIV/AIDS while 90,000 children under the age of 15 battle this affliction.

Mozambique is one of the poorest countries in the world, ranking 172 out of 177. Life expectancy is a short 41 years.

From all I have hear, God is moving in huge ways in this dying country. There is a revival happening here that is unmatched. Please pray that as we go into this land that we will have eyes to see the unseen, that we will be aware of the spiritual battles and victories as we experience them. We are asking God for big things in the months ahead. Pray that through us, He will heal the sick, give hope to the hopeless and raise the dead (both spiritually AND physically).

Note: Internet access will be spotty at best over the next three months.  I know you have grown accustomed to my timely and frequent updates (please, sense the sarcasm) but I will keep you informed as time and access permits.
