During our stay in Vietnam, we stayed in this hotel. We had to come up with some creative ways to cook, clean and do laundry. We decided to use every possible hook, hanger, closet and closeline we could to hang our clothes. We were blessed to have a fan AND air conditioning in our room. And for world racers that means a DRYER!! Awesome!
On our tight budget, we ate instant noodles almost every day for either lunch or dinner. Bread was the alternate.
Dinner in the bathroom #2. I decided to make a coleslaw salad this time. I used the bathtub, toilet and various shelves and drawers from the fridge to help create this meal for my team. It took about an hour of cutting up vegetables in order to accomplish my dinner goal. Please see the video at the bottom of this blog to get live cooking action!

We cut a 5L Aquafina water bottle to use as another bowl. Love how dinner is right next to my deodorant. MmMM!
