We got our visas for Mozambique yesterday and will be heading out tomorrow on a 30 hour journey to Vilanculos. This will be our home for the next month. About two months ago, there was major devestation from a cyclone that hit the area and now there are around 30,000 people without food and homes. We are partnering with an Assemblies of God church there and hope to do mostly relief work, rebuilding the homes in the area.
We will have extremely limited internet in the next few weeks. So, I thank you ahead of time for interceeding for our team (check out the blog below for more specific prayer requests). This is by far the hardest conditions we will see and be a part of. I am a little nervous how I will react when I see the devestation. But we go with the Lord and he will be with us. So, yay!
