Pray for the pastors and churches here:
They are working hard for unity in the churches here and serve their community. They are involved with so much. Working to clear garbage from the streets, spending time to clean the local medical clinic (which is cleaned once a month, but otherwise would not get cleaned at all), helping people in the community by building houses, and digging holes for outhouses.
One pastor, Pastor Jayme, bought some land where they will be building a guest house to hold 48 people. This will be a place to house teams and pastors to decrease the costs of hotels etc. I believe a team from Nebraska will be coming to help with building.
The pastors also work to help with a University that has many locations, one outside of Palacaguina. My understanding is that the chruches are invovled here and they charge students $25-30 a month for them to study, making it affordable. They also hold classes on weekeds mostly so that people are able to work during the week.
It has been so amazing to me to see the love the pastors have for their community here, and how they are so open to serve others and work to better the town where they live. God has given them such beautiful hearts.

Please pray for Jobs here. It is hard for the people of this community to find jobs, and they end up leaving for long periods of time to find work.
Please pray against violence within homes
