I am sorry for the lack of blogs this month.  I have had intentions of posting several times but every time I have gotten on the internet I have found myself spending all my time reading the news to find out about what is going on back home in Japan.  I do plan on writing a few more blogs on this month, but unfortunately they will be posted later on once we arrive in India.

For our last month in Africa, we are doing ministry in Mukono, Uganda.  We are about an hour out of Kampala, partnering with Christ Ambassadors Church, pastored by Joseph and Frita Kakande.  We have been doing similar ministry to the last two months.  We have been involved with preaching at church several times a week, being involved with cell groups, speaking to and encouraging the church leaders, as well as teaching the different Sunday school classes and bible studies through out the week.  We have been also going out to several of the church plants to preach as well as do door to door evangelism.

In addition to our work at the church, we have also been working with the primary school associated with the church called Champions Christian Christian Primary school.  I have been mainly teaching math to grades four through six.  In many ways it feels like any other work day back when I was substitute teaching back in the states.  Never thought I would come all the way to Africa to substitute teach once again… haha.  It has been a lot of fun though getting to see the kids every day.  They give us the greatest and most energetic greeting every time they see us.

We leave on Monday to India.  Leaving Africa will definitely feel like finishing a major chapter on the race.  After this, we have a short four months till we are done.  Crazy.
