The city of Bungoma, where we spent the month of January.
Hanging out with the kids at one of our school visits.
I preached here at the Faith Church in Khachonge.
Ryan and I relaxing after hauling bricks at Bishops house.
On our way to go do door to door evangelism.
We sort of got obsessed with roti in Asia, so I took an African chapati and did the same same, using bananas, peanut butter, or chocolate.  The Africans thought I was crazy at first, but in the end they were sold.  So stinkin’ good.
Beautiful waterfall we visited on our free day.
Sandy with Precia
Our contacts and African family, Bishop Emmanuel with his wife and daughter at their daughter’s graduation party.
One of the days we invited all the street kids to the church where we provided some food and soap for them.  It ended up getting crazy towards the end as the kids started getting out of control.  We ended up having to hide inside the church till the kids left.
View from on top of the rocks of Bungoma
Africa is dusty/I got a wicked sandal tan
At Lake Victoria, seeing the hippos!
Hiking some more rocks.  Quite the view!
During our last week we made dinner for all of the people that worked with us!  We made Mexican food and then I made non-bake cookies for dessert.  I was pretty proud of myself for making everything on a charcoal stove.
Squad Safari!
Rhinos… so awesome.
