Dear Friends & Family!
So as most of you know (or are a little hazy on), come September I will be leaving the country to 11 countries in 11 months on the World Race through Adventures in Mission (sierrayingst.theworldrace.org). During this time, I will be with a team of people, living a no-frills lifestyle out of our 50-pound limit backpacks, spreading the love of God to the hopeless, broken, and abandoned.
Here is where I’ll be going!

Malaysia
India
Nepal
Mozambique
Swaziland
&
South Africa
Now the next question that I frequently get is…what the heck will you be doing???
A little bit of everything- change is constant on this race, however, here’s a few:
- Ministry outreach
- Working in local orphanages (Can’t even begin to contain my excitement for this one, LOVEEE me some children!)
- Manual labor
- Humanitarian efforts
- Teaching
- Work with human/sex trafficking (God has definitely put this on my heart in a big way as well)
- Work with local churches
- And much much more!
We are responsible for raising our own support, which is $15,500 + equipment, vaccinations, medical insurance, and travel to & from the start & end points. The $15,500 covers food, lodging, air, land, and sea travel; administrative, setup, coaching, debrief, and training costs for the entire year!
That’s a pretty overwhelming amount to hear when I tell people, however I know that since God has called, He will ultimately provide, as He has already through:
1) Extremely generous individuals (I thank each and every one of you for your donation & am excited for you all to be apart of this journey as well!!)
