Dear Joelli,
Everyone has someone in their life that makes their whole life worth while! Someone that no matter what happens always makes them smile! My person is you! From the moment that I found out you were going to be apart of my life, you changed my life! I remember going to the hospital and seeing your little, oddly shaped head and I fell so in love with you! Every little thing you do and every crazy thing you say makes my life that much more exciting! I am so proud of the girl you are growing up to be! The hardest part of the World Race has been missing a year of your life! But I want you to always remember no matter how far I am from you, you are always going to be my favorite girl! I cannot believe you are finally 10 years old! I hope you have the most amazing birthday ever! Even though I won’t be there with you this year I will be in Nepal celebrating twice as much! (and I promise I will actually celebrate on the 2nd not the 5th!)
