The dreaded two words no racer wants to hear…….. team changes!!
At the end of last month we were informed that team changes were gonna happen at our mini debrief in Bucharest, Romania. Needless to say no one was happy about it! We just spent the last 3 months building relationships with what once was complete strangers and now we have to separate?
The week leading up to team changes was a stressful one. You could cut the tension with a butter knife! We all looked around at the squad wondering who our new family would be! Getting into Bucharest I was sweating bullets! We sat down and waited for the news! Of course our team was the last to be announced! It was awful to see one of our members leave! Unfortunately we lost Angela to a new team! As excited as we were to see her leave we were excited for her new adventure. The rest of our team is still together! And we gained two new members! Kristen and Lindsey!
