As I prepare to leave September 1st for my year of adventure with The World Race, there have been a few items that have come up that would be SUPER helpful to have! You all have been awesome already in helping me get all my gear: ie, my tent, sleeping bag, water purifier, etc. for travels, but these are just some special 'gadgets' that would be really appreciated. I would ideally love to have these items by August 1st so I know what I have to prepare.

I also want to give you a financial update. As you know, in preparation for my year of global missions with The World Race, I've been asked to raise $15,500. I am currently at $14,800, meaning I have $700 left to raise before I am FULLY funded! You guys, this is unheard of. Through you, God has provided in such miraculous ways that I am just completely overjoyed.

It is incredible, and I hope that the ledge I'm stepping out on can be an encouragment to you, too, that when we step out in faith, and do something scary, trusting that God will take care of us, He just does! So good.
