Several of you have been asking what I've been up to these days, so, I thought, what better way to describe than give you a few photos. Here are a few pictures to give you a glimpse:

Some friends and I went on a fun camping trip to Lake Wenatchee.

My roommate Christjanna and I at Lake Wenatchee. Things will soon change. We will be moving out at the end of June, and I think that is when reality of the Race will truly set in. CJ has been my faithful roommate for 3 years now!

I love this city. This was a gorgeous photo I took from the Space Needle at an event for the Muscular Dystrophy Association in May.

Trying to catch as many Seattle sunsets as I can before The Race.

Celebrating many birthdays this month. This is my friend Mackenzie and her husband Josh, celebrating with a HOMEMADE confetti cake at Greenlake!

My friend Jeffrey & little Elijah on a special getaway with friends to Anderson Island. We went on a neat hike that took us down to the ocean.

Thanks to the awesome Summer Ministry Teams, Epic Life Church has been in action on the streets and in North Seattle. This was a trash cleanup we just did – 26 bags, 4 grocery carts, and 1 baby carrier later… we were DONE!

My coworker Lisa & I gearing up for a 3-day backpacking trip on the Olympic Penninsula.

We got a little sore, had to take a few rest breaks!

Lisa pointing out across the ocean towards Japan on our backpacking trip!

Averi & I decided to relive our childhood days & try out the 'SkyMaster..' It was intense.

Yup. I didn't die, or vomit. Bonus points.

I am working alot at the Muscular Dystrophy Association, but taking full advantage of my lunch breaks in this beautiful city, Seattle. Here are the sailboats on Lake Union.
As you can see, life is busy, fun, adventurous… and I am SO excited for the journey ahead with The World Race. Thanks to all of you for your support along the way, it has been a ride… and it's only beginning.
