What would you pack for a year of backpacking to serve the world?
Please comment if you are an experienced traveler with any tips!
I am literally going to be backpacking around the world for a year! This excites and terrifies me, the idea of not showering for a week, cooking meals over a campfire (yes, it will be that intense at times!), living out of a tent, and cramming everything into one pack… I am going to definitely get in SHAPE! (ha)

- Tent (must be a 2-person, freestanding tent w/ rain-fly, 5-6lbs or under – ideally 4lbs)
- Sleeping bag (rated for at least 35 degrees)
