1. I grew up near Minneapolis/St.Paul
2. I LOVE coffee (I'm going to have to bring Starbucks 'Via' on the race to survive!)
3. I moved to Seattle four years ago to help start a church plant – and co-lead Incarnational Ministries,
the hands and feet of Christ in the urban streets,
and work for an amazing organization – the Muscular Dystophy Association.
4. My nickname is "Bubba" or "Bubs"
5. I am 26-years-old, and have two brothers, both married – one recently joined the military.
6. I am addicted to sweets – my favorite candies are Hot Tamales & Skittles
7. I have a tattoo.
8. People tell me I am an "old soul."
9. I love to paint, photograph, and create Graphic Design – good creativity inspires me
10. You will often catch me singing to myself

I have been accepted to the World Race… a crazy, intense, 11-month journey across the world, literally. Starting in September 2012, I will be leaving for a year to live among the people of multiple countries and share the love of Christ. I am ready… to step out of my comfort-zone, and be exposed to what God is doing in the world.
What is The World Race?
The World Race is an 11-month mission trip around the world. It encompasses many different aspects of ministry: evangelism, deliverance, healing, building, community support, church planting, etc. as led by the Holy Spirit. We will partner with local ministries while in each country to be most effective in what we do.
Where?
I will be traveling on September Route #2 which includes:
- Thailand
- Cambodia
- Vietnam/Laos
- Tanzania
- Mozambique
- Swaziland
- Dominican Republic
- Haiti
- Moldova
- Romania
- Ireland
Help me?
The World Race has asked that I raise $15,500 total for this amazing year. Seems crazy, but hey, sometimes we have to take crazy risks to watch God provide! I can fundraise throughout the year I am away, but I am setting an even crazier goal to have all funds raised & pledges made BEFORE I leave in September. I would love for YOU to help me financially, to run my race!
