My desk is still slightly barren, only a few photos tacked on the dividers. One of my goals by Monday is to get some color into my cubicle. Yet it isn’t the decorating that has me looking forward to Monday, it is actually the job itself that has me looking forward to the new work week before this one has even ended! Because early next week is when the third World Race route launching in January opens to the public, and my job will be to get those people ready to go out on the field. My official title is “World Race Mobilizer”…. I do everything from the exciting acceptance calls, to support coaching, to answering all of their questions concerning everything from gear to medications to passports and everything in between. The person they can talk to about concerns and prayer requests, the one that can encourage them when they have doubts, I get to do that. As my job. Woohooooo!!!
In this job, I will have the opportunity to minister to as many as 70 potential racers in this squad alone, not to mention how many other squads I will be responsible for following this one. For those of you supporting me or praying about supporting me, you can know that by supporting me financially you have made it possible for me to minister to all of those people, and who knows how many people after that. You aren’t just blessing and sending one missionary, essentially you are sending each and every one of them onto the field. You see how the Kingdom expands like that?? By sending me, I send them and they reach the nations with Christ’s love… That blows my mind!!!

Financially I need to have $1,200 coming in monthly to cover my salary and other program expenses, and the Lord has been faithful in providing $650 coming in monthly from my supporters. Thank you all who have supported me so much, I only need $550 more in monthly commitments! If the Lord is calling you to commit to $100, $50, or $20 a month, know that it is going towards not only sending me, but sending each of who knows how many people I will come in contact with. Wooaahhh…. God is so cool. 🙂
