Praise Report!!!!
Today I was fasting and praying, along with many members of my squad, for those of us (including myself) who were short the support funds to meet the $1,500 deadline on Monday. I was struggling with trusting God and leaving it in His hands, and I was stresssing out and worrying over whether or not I would meet the deadline. But God has been working in my heart and calling me to trust Him, so I was making follow-up calls for my support letters. And in the course of the the next hour, God provded me with pledges going above and beyond the the support amount needed to meet the deadline! In addition to the funds, I found somebody who was willing to sell me whatever of their good-quality used camping gear that would fit my needs for the World Race! God is good! 😀
Now the next goal is $4,000 before May 22nd, when I leave for training camp…. Can’t wait to see how He will provide for that one! 😀
