Have I told you lately that I love you and Jesus? Hi sorry its been a while since I have posted a blog. Im in Swaziland and I have been loving it here. We have been at debrief for about two weeks and learning so much. We went on a safari that was so fun, we saw alot of the big animals and they weren’t very far away either. It was kinda scary to be only 15 feet away from six lions that are locking eyes with you.
The other day a few of us went to the childrens ward in the hospital to pray for the kids. We gave the parents some juice, fruit and buns to eat. We were told that 80 percent of the patients that are admitted die there. It is estamated that aids will kill over half the people of Swaziland within 5 to 10 years, In 50 years everyone should be dead. We stayed for around three hours in the childrens ward and about an hour before we left a mother let out a screem I will never forget. Her baby boy had died, so Mal and I spent the last hour comforting and praying with her, before she left the hospital with out her baby. We plan to go back to the hospital more next week. Please pray for us and the people we incounter that we would have compassion, faith, wisdom, and favor with both God and man.
