Ok, I’ve never been exceptionally great at math; but today I think I worked out a few interesting equations. I calculated that if I receive a $100 donation from everyone with whom I’ve had the opportunity to share information about my mission trip, whether directly or indirectly (through social media), I would have hit the TOTAL goal for my trip! The same is true in that if those same people would rather become monthly partners and donate $20/month (for 5 months), I would be able to meet that same total goal. So in summation, if x=y, then generous giving from you = serving the world with God’s love for me!
