Hello everyone!

We have been in Hong Kong for a couple days for debrief, rest, and preparation for our next location.  On Saturday, we leave for a closed country and will be out of contact until Thanksgiving day!  That means no phone calls, no e-mail, and no internet.  Please trust that no news is good news.

We ask for your prayers for our safety, wisdom of who and where it is safe to share with, and that the soil of our destination will be broken up and ready to harvest (people ready to hear about a God who loves them and died for them).

Please remember my team in your prayers.  That we would be open with each other, trust each other, and that we would continue to press in and show love, even when it is hard or we’re tired.

I am doing well:
-I am learning a lot about God’s heart for his people…and…
-That we have to spend continual time with God before we can smell and look like God to broken people out there (if we want to raise the dead, heal the sick, and love the unlovely…we have to have the oil of God’s presence on us or we fail.)

I’m looking forward to this month and I can’t wait to share the rest of the year with you (unfortunately, you will have to wait to hear about our time in this next country until I get home–I can’t post details or pictures).

Mahal na Mahal
(“I love you very much” in Tagalog-spoken in the Philippines)
