Dear faithful blog readers, aka Mom,
I am on a new team. I have been on a new team for about 2 months, so I figured it's about time to introduce you to them. Let me start by saying, I'm on a girls team. This means that there is freedom to have teamtime in your underwear, discuss bodily functions without fear of judgement, and talk. A lot. I have never talked so much in my life. I'm an introvert. I still consider myself an introvert, but being on this team has created within me a desire to word vomit every time I open my mouth. Also, I like to test my team by not showering for five days, forcing them to feedback me on my need to clean myself. Then I like to make sure that they are unoffendable by continuing after that to not take a shower. AKA the showers are like ice, and YOU CAN'T MAKE ME!!!!! So, without further adew, here are my new teammates.
Stephanie Higgins:
Steph is 5:1 on a good day, blonde, and gifted with a laugh that can most likely cure cancer. She is pretty go with the flow, which is nice in a team leader. I award her the title of 'Empathy' because no matter what you may be going through, whether you choose to talk about it or not, she understands. She used to be a hairstylist, so here's to hoping that I come home as a new creation with a half buzzed head and hot pink streaks. *winkzies*

Kaitlyn Keyes:
Have a question about anything in the world? Go to this girl. I'm pretty sure that if you killed a person, she would be the one to go to for help. She has all of the answers and knows all of the biggest numbers. She is loyal and hard working, plus she is on the L Squad logistics team, meaning she knows every squad secret. Unfortunately, this does not mean that she knows where we will be for our last two months of the Race, because NOBODY knows where we will be. Also, she has really long thick envious eyelashes which do not hinder her mad soccer skills.

Jacqueline Gu:
Her real name is something that I can't remember because she is Chinese and chose her 'American' name at the age of 10 when she moved to the States so that us derds from the US would be able to pronounce it. She has one of the most expressive faces, has traveled to the coolest places around the world, and she loves the babies. She has a big tender heart for people and is incredibly creative.

Mary B Safrit:
If you have ever seen the show Bones and enjoy the character Bones, then you will love this girl. She is both a teacher and a thinker, so naturally, I adore her. We can both get our derp on and appreciate the awkwardness that most others find no humor in. She can cook a mean meal, and since I am a dude, I love her. Praise God for my fellow introverts.

Michelle Kwak:
She is the worst. She is not only incredibly good looking, but also can speak multiple languages, play every instrument known to man, sing, take amazing photos, and use really big intellectual words. She doctors me up when I am sick and have scary bug bites. She wants to go into full time missions in the future, which I can absolutely see as the Lord has gifted her in so many ways.

Sage Wimmer:
For the Race, she has been my 'debrief bestie' so it came as a huge shock to everyone when we were put on the same team. I knew that she was funny and good at listening, but living with her has been amazing. We are life partners. She is full of wisdom and encouragement and energy and has a passion for the babies. Plus she likes to check my hair for lice, which is a true sign of friendship. Also she likes to take and post all of the derpy photos on facebook, so if you're thinking that I really let myself go since being overseas, know that it's actually just Sage being the worst.

So, now you know my 6 hot lady friends that I am traveling the world with. We have chosen the team name 'Daughters of Zion', or, DOZ for short. I have 3 more months with this team and I am so excied to see how the Lord uses us in the next few countries that we go to together.
PS I am currently in Kenya, Africa and LOVING IT! Thank you for reading my blogs and supporting me! Love you (mom)! Also, shout out to my person secretary/scribe.
