Little update on those who still don't know….
World Race is a mission trip. 21-35 year olds go to 11 different countries in 11 months. We will be doing whatever is needed when we get there. This could include feeding the poor, praying over the sick, sharing the gospel. We will be living simply. All of our belongings for the year will be stuffed in a pack. aka…
There are 70ish people on my squad. The squad will travel from country to country together but not always see each other during the months. There are teams of 7 that live together for the year….. and this is my team!!!!
Seriously, these people are A MA ZING! I'll introduce you from left to right.
Travis Bonning= team leader, he is uber patient with us talkative girls, always the first to serve
LaShondra Riddle= HI larious! she is always ready to praise God and sing~ at ANY time…it's awesome
Micah Thomas= she is so joyful! she makes everyone and anyone feel included 🙂
Shari Scott= what a weirdy haha
Stephanie Bittick= she is so genuinely her all the time, no matter what! so freeing to be around
Hayden Furlow= she has so much wisdom. she makes sure you are keeping truth within you and she dances
to gangster rap on occation. kind of my hero.
Jacob Portillo= jake is bold with the truth with in him. he also won our squad a many of dance competitions by
just having us all follow what he does.
I already see so many beautiful things in my team~ i am so excited to live with them and learn from each other while we are serving. They all have blogs too so you should check em out!
