India has to be my favorite country so far It for sure is the hardest, out of my comfort zone and the hottest I’ve encountered yet. The culture and people are so beautiful. There is so much color and life here. The mission of our contact is to place a church in every village in this provence. of south india. We have the privilege traveling via tuc tuc to pray and lead a night service at these churches. What a gift it is to walk hand in hand with crowds of children saying “sister, sister come this way” and being led to pray over every house in a village of 20 homes. And then seeing the entire village come out and hear the name of jesus. The unity and beauty of seeing this is something I will never forget.
The simplicity of life here has really brought my team together. With no power except during the night. we’ve really been able to find joy in the little things together. And we have the most amazing loving host family I could have asked for. They really show what its like to have a servants heart. You literally try and help them and they shoo you away.
