I'm in Albania friends! after a 12 hour plane ride and a 28 hour bus ride from Turkey through Greece, Macedonia and Albania. We are here at Light Force Ministries http://www.lightforce.org.uk where we are working with World Vission putting on 3 different kids camps this month for kids ages 5 to 16. I am so excited ya'll (yes I am now one of those people that says Ya'll, don't judge) Today was our first time spending a full day with the kids and man was it a blast This site is legit!
The programs goals is to teach the kids about strong morels, Gods love, working as a team together, and practical skills to take home, all while having a blast. All the kids are broken into groups and are on a rotation schedule through all the different activities. everything from rock climbing, swim lessons, blow up bouncy houses, archery, obstacle courses, soccer, games, crafts, tennis, golf and foosball. This place is seriously awesome. Its hard with the language barrier to really get to know each kid and their story's. The beautiful thing about the barrier is that it even with it you can still make a person feel valued and loved. The way God values and loves each one of these beautiful kids. I'm just so excited for this month!
