The most amazing thing this month in Malaysia was seeing God do so many miracles. I am going to tell you about some of them.

So the one day we are heading to PenHop we have about a 15min walk and we are late already, it is raining slightly but we decide to go anyways. About half way there the rain become seriouslytorrential, and its to late to turn back and there is no shelter anywhere nearby. We continue walking. We get to the building and we are all look like we just took a really long shower in our clothes. We get in the elevator and I pray in all seriousness but kinda laughing at the ridiculousness of the situation, that God would make us DRY when we get out of the elevator. We step out of the elevator and none of our other teammates are there. Ashley says “oh well Gods just going to give us something COOL.“ Out walks this girl from PenHop she looks at us and says “oh you need to be dry“ she leaves, comes back and gives us all DRY shirts! they`re brand new, very COOL Penang House of Prayer shirts. Praise the Lord!

Next Ashely wants to paint a mural on the wall at Kawan, I offer to help if she draws the picture in pencil first. She has an idea to do a stain glass window with a HEART but she`s not sure what else, I say I`ll think about it and walk away. I get this image of a CROSS with a large HEART in front of it. Ashely walks over and I ask if she has any ideas yet, she says yeah i got this image of a CROSS with the HEART in front of it – uh WOW! so the next day we go to paint, we have all the primary colours black and white, but the white is a hard chunk of unusable paint, this is our most essential colour to get the effect we pictured – we pray about it, we add some hot water to it, Bridget spend sometime stirring it is better but somewhat chunky and we are sure it will never be enough BUT we have enough to mix all the colours we need and MORE! P.T.L.

The mural painted in the Kawan center in Penang, Malaysia by Ashley, Lacey, Bridget, Carmen, Pam, Heidi, Joni and myself, insipred by a joint vision.

Then we are having a creative worship night with all 15 girls. Joni, Carmen, Ashley and I are all in different rooms seeking God for what we should paint or draw while we are worshiping. We all end up at the painting table only to discover we are all painting ISAIAH 61! They all look different but they are all a representation of worshiping God creatively through the same verse. P.T.L.

AND then Carmen and I went to PenHop friday night for Burn worship it is from 9pm-1am. The buses stop running at 10:30pm so we knew we had to take a TAXI home. What we didnt realize was that God had different plans. As soon as I stepped off the bus I just got an uneasy feeling about taking a TAXI home let alone wondering around to find one. so I begun to pray that God would either put a TAXI right outside the building or give us a ride home. What I didnt know was that Carmen had been praying the same thing because she really didnt have the money to pay for a TAXI. So when the night was over we were walking out with some of the people we had met, there was no TAXI outside. So I asked one guy if he knew where was the nearest place we could get a TAXI was, he said oh you cant get a TAXI now! He askes where we have to go, we tell him, he turns to the guy next to him, a guy who we had met and Carmen had prayed with earlier and says can you give these girls a ride home, he says oh yeah sure thats right by where I live! P.T.L.!!!!!

Man God has blown my mind and increased my faith so much this month. Its funny how I am still so surprised everytime he does something like this, its like I forget he is God or something 🙂

Psalm 77:14 You are the God who preforms miracles; you display your power amoung the peoples.

AMEN, AMEN
