What I love about Kenya…
– Living in a mud house
– Having no running water
– Taking bucket showers
– Using a hole in the cement for a bathroom – Cooking over a fire and coals
– Washing dishes with well water
– Boiling well water for morning and afternoon tea
– Using a mosquito net
– Eating chipati!!!
– Having AMAZING ministry contacts
– Overlooking a BEAUTIFUL countryside
– Experiencing the African culture- music, dances, food, etc.
– Meeting the people…so friendly, constantly smiling, and so hungry for the Word!
– Slaughtering a chicken and a goat in the same week!
– Waking up every morning and having quiet time with the Lord under a tree with a cup of tea
– Sharing God’s love during door-to-door ministry in the bush
– Having God show up in new ways
..the list could go on and on!
