What is G42… a leadership academy? a training ground? a discipleship program? a bible school? It’s none of the above and all of the above at the same time. Am I learning leadership qualities, yes. Am I being trained, yes. Am I being discipled, yes. Am I learning about the Bible, yes. But G42 doesn’t fit into any of those boxes. It’s something different, something new, and something much needed in this day and age.
Each day Christ is being formed in me. Each day I’m challenged to be full of the Holy Spirit. Each day I’m called to live a life of excellence.
G42 isn’t just a 6 month program, it’s so much more than that. Here in Spain I’ve found my tribe, found a family, a community, of like minded believers that want to see God’s kingdom come on earth as it is in Heaven, that want to see His glory spread over the earth, that want to be a part of a generation that makes a difference.
As my days here zoom by I’m amazed at how much God loves me, how much He values me, how great His plans are for me.
With each new day I see a little bit of God’s kingdom spread here in Spain. Some days I see it in class or around the dinner table. Other times it’s when we’re helping to feed 150 needy families in the area or building relationships with the locals. This Sunday I’ll see it as we gather in our living room to have church.
Here in Spain I’m a student, an intern, a missionary, a friend, a disciple, a daughter of the King, and a kingdom bringer.
Life doesn’t get much better than this. I’m living out my dreams daily and they happen to be God’s dreams as well. And to top it all off I’m surrounded by people who are doing the exact same thing, following God’s call on their life at all costs!
