Are you wondering when the DEADLINES are?
As you may know, several things need to be acknowledged and
completed before your Training Camp in July and Launch in September. These deadlines have been put in place with purpose, and they ensure that if met, you will leave on time with your squad. Failure to meet a deadline may result in deferring to a later Launch date.
If you committed to this trip after a deadline has passed, it is expected and required that you would complete the requirements of the missed deadlines within one week of committing. If you have any questions or concerns, as always feel free to contact me.
DEADLINE 1: February 3rd Profile Picture and Personality Test
To upload a picture, click “My Profile”. Please upload a head shot picture, preferable from the shoulders up. To access the personality test, click “personality test”.
DEADLINE 2: MARCH 15th Passport Application
This deadline is for those of you who DO NOT have a Passport and for those who’s Passports will expire before DECEMBER 1ST OF 2013.

DEADLINE 3: MAY 15th Uploaded Passport
To upload a copy of your Passport, first click the “Documents” tab. Simply take a picture of your passport to upload.
DEADLINE 4: JUNE 15th Travel Info to Training Camp / Proof of Travel Insurance/ and Medical and/or Counselor Release Forms (if applicable to you)
To upload these documents and fill in your flight or driving information, click “Travel”. To upload a copy of your insurance, click “Documents”. To upload a copy of your release form, click “Medical”.
DEADLINE 5: JULY 1ST (two weeks before Training Camp)
At this point you will be required to have $3,500 in your account.
Training Camp is JULY 14TH – 21ST
DEADLINE 6: AUGUST 15th Medical Info boxes completely filled out (type “N/A if they don’t apply to you/ Travel to Launch /Vaccinations
Click, “Medical” to enter your medical information and the vaccinations you received. For travel plans click “Travel”.
DEADLINE 7: 2 WEEKS BEFORE LAUNCH $6,500 raised and in your account
At this point, you will be required to have $6,500 in your account.
LAUNCH will be in September
(the location will be release in AUGUST)
DEADLINE 8: Month 3 you must $11,000
DEADLINE 9: Month 6 you must be fully funded ($15,500)
