As you prepare for the Race, you’ll have a specific
person in the office who is helping your squad get done all the little
things that have to happen before you travel the world.

Serving your October 2011 World Race squad as Mobilizer and Support coach is Kim Hillebrand.

So what is a mobilizer?  How will she help you to prepare?  Why do you have a support coach?  Isn’t support raising your job?

When we talked about what this squad Web site would look
like, we thought it would be important to introduce you to some key
people to know moving forward.  That’s because relationships are
important to us.  We want you to know that there are real people on the
other side of your telephone or your computer screen.  We’re more than
an email address and our vision is bigger than writing a few witty
blogs.  We want to see the world changed.  We think you can be a part of
that.

While it is your responsibility to read the information
you’re given and complete your World Race preparation on time, Kim will
be a help to you in that process.  Your mobilizer will help you with
everything from vaccinations to passports to how to get to Training
Camp.  All your non-support related questions about how to get ready for
the Race go to Kim, your Mobilizer.

While bringing in all the financial support you need is
your responsibility, Kim, as support coach, is around to give you some
great ideas about how to make that happen and to encourage you when it
all seems too big.

Check out Kim’s blog here.  If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to email or to call.
