LAUNCH DATES: September 12, 2010
ARRIVAL
INFORMATION
September
12, 2010, 8:00pm, LAX — Los Angeles International Airport
ARRIVE before 8:00pm. April Payne, Matthew
Poole, & Alecia Dockery will meet you at the Tom Bradley International Terminal. Follow signs or ask airport
employees to direct you to the Tom
Bradley International Terminal and we will be the big group with oversized
backpacks at Check-In Aisle A.
If you arrive by flight you should depart your
plane, exit security toward baggage claim, retrieve your baggage, and then
proceed to the meeting location. (If your flight arrived at a different terminal
you will need to catch an airport shuttle / bus to take you to the Tom Bradley
Terminal.) If you arrive by car, head straight to the meeting location.
Please do not go through security to your gate
until you have checked in with April,
Matthew & Alecia. If for any reason you will be late or are lost, you
should call April, Matthew or Alecia
and let them know.
Remember, air transportation often includes delays,
therefore plan ahead for the unexpected and allow ample time between gate
arrival, baggage claim and the time you are supposed to meet. We realize that
flight schedules are not always ideal. Plan on arriving earlier rather than
later. If you meet with delays or problems, have the following phone numbers
available, so you can let us know.
