I love it when God blesses in huge ways! ie, support checks for $2,000! But I also love it when God chooses to bless us in the little ways.
Mountain Hideaway is a store in Lubbock, TX. It’s the store where I bought my pack and my sleeping bag along with a few other things. The people there are so friendly and helpful. On Mother’s Day they were giving away free 32 oz Nalgene bottles to any mother who stopped by. I am not a mother, obviously. lol…but my sister who lives in Lubbock is! She stopped by and picked one up for me. It saved me a mere $10 bucks. But it was $10 I can spend on something else for the trip or even add to my account. I can now check “water bottle” off my extensive checklist! It just brought me joy to get a $10 water bottle for free 🙂 Thanks God!
