I wanted to let everyone know that I just found out that REI is having a sale for it’s members through April 18th, where you can get 20% off on one full-price item. So hurry fast, cause there’s only 3 days left! It might be a good idea to get a major item for the race like a tent, sleeping bag, or backpack so you can get the most money off.
It’s only 20 bucks to become a lifetime co-op member and it gets you a lot of deals and discounts throughout the year. I even told them I was thinking about changing the pack I bought from them a year ago and they said that was fine. They say you can exchange any item you buy from them, no hassle, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.
