O Lord, you have examined my heart and know everything about me. You know when I sit down or stand up. You know my every thought when far away. You chart a path ahead of me and tell me where to stop and rest. Every moment you know where I am. You know what I am going to say even before I say it , Lord. You both precede and follow me, you place your hand of blessing on my head. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too great for me to know! I can never escape your spirit! I can never get away from your presence! I go up to heaven, you are there; if I go down to the place of the dead, you are there. If I ride the wings of morning, if I dwell by the farthest oceans, even there your hand will guide me, and your strength will support me. I could ask the darkness to hide me and the light around me to become night – but even in darkness I cannot hide from you. To you the night shines as bright as day. Darkness and light are both alike to you. You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. Thank you form making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous – and how will I know it. You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed. How precious are your thoughts about me, O God! They are innumerable! I can’t even count them; they outnumber the grains of sand! And when I wake up in the morning, you are still with me! I give you thanks; O Lord, with all my heart; I will sing your praises before the gods. I bow before your holy Temple as I worship. I will give thanks to your name for your unfailing love and faithfulness, because your promises are backed by all the honor of your name. When I pray, you answer me; you encourage me by giving me the strength I need. (vs 4-6 skipped) Though I am surrounded by troubles, you will preserve me against the anger of my enemies. You will clench your fist against my angry enemies! Your power will save me. The Lord will work out His plans for my life – for your faithful love, O Lord, endures forever. Praise God with me guys!!! He knows everything about us! He knows were we are every minute of every day! – He knows us!! He has placed His hand of blessing on our head! He charted the path ahead of us! He is here to guide us, strengthen us, and support us! He saw every day. He made every moment. He wrote down everything about us – our life before we were even born!! He thinks about us – all the time…. He is in heaven right now thinking about us and loving us!! He is faithful and His promises are backed up by His Name – the Name Above All Names! He listens to us and he answers us. He is here to encourage us and strengthen us. He knows all our needs!! He is fighting for us! He is using His power to save us from the enemy! He is our Father! He wants what is best for us. He is proud of us and wants us to succeed and wants us to shine! He wants others to see how awesome His children are! He wants to brag about us – He wants to bless us and give us glory! And we live to glorify Him and praise His awesome Name!! He will work out the plans for our lives!!! He is faithful and endures forever! And there will be times we will worry and stress and fear and think He has abandoned us… but IT IS NOT TRUE!!!! He will not abandon us… HE MADE US!!! I mean, why would our great big, wonderful, loving Father, go through all the trouble of planning every second of our lives and days and moments and thinking about us every second trying to guide us and protect us and get us on the right path – to just not provide the money to take care of His plans? Why would He weaken our bodies to make us question us going out and carrying out His will! It is all LIES!!!! This trip is where every single one of you are meant to be!! God planned it before you were even fully formed in your mothers womb!!! You are here for a reason and a purpose and God will supply every need, every dollar, every strength and every word to ensure that we do exactly what He made us and called us to do!!!!
Declare it people! Declare it with me! We are here because God PUT US HERE! We are going because God IS SENDING US! We will succeed because HE WHO IS IN ME IS GREATER THAN – ANYTHING! HE LOVES US! We are His children, His beloved, His chosen, His hands and feet! He is here and He is in control. And that is the truth! Just trust Him . Trust yourself – you have glory and power and a mighty fine Spirit dwelling in you! Trust Him and give Him the control!
