Hey Everyone,

Africa was an amazing, crazy and eye opening 3 months. At some points it was hard and exhausting but at other times its was incredibly fun and rewarding. My last month in African was epically rewarding because of the ministry that I was able to work with in Zimbabwe. My team and 2 other were blessed to spend our time serving at Eden Children’s village beep in the bush of Doma, Zimbabwe. Eden was the most incredible ministry I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I could spend hours describing all that they do for the community that they live amongst. Some of my favorite things they do are provide orphans with homes and free education, a completely free medical clinic providing heath care to anyone that comes and sustainable farming and gardens that provide food for over 800 people on a daily basis.
One of the best things about our experience with Eden was how they welcomed us into their family. After only a few days of being there all of the staff knew our names and even though we were there to serve them they also served us so well.
The coolest thing I was able to do while at Eden was the opportunity to work closely with a new  missionary family living and serving with the Eden community. I was able to help the Way Family make a video to raise funds so that they have the chance to stay in Zimbabwe and keep serving the community. Please take a second to watch the video and learn about the Way Family.

Please be praying for the Ways and the rest of the staff at Eden. God is doing great things through the Way Family and all the others that make Eden possible. The community of Doma and all those that visit Eden will never be the same because of there commitment to the Lord.
