She died three times. That is what we were told yesterday.

On Tuesday we went to a park in Diriamba. We got called over to pray for a family that works in a little snack shack. I wasn’t even sure what we were praying for. It was mostly in spanish, and we were praying for healing.

We came to the park to do a drama, Jake preached and the rest of us met people and prayed.

On Friday, we had walked through the barrios and met people, and we were trying to get the teams together to get back to the hotel. Chad had stayed at the hotel, and asked me to lead. So we were leaving, and then I saw Jake head the other direction. I was a little frustrated, and sent the teams with Diego back, and I went to see what Jake was doing. That is when we found out she died three times.

The night we had prayed for healing, it was the mother of one of the girls in the snack shop who we had prayed for. I found out that she had an ‘incurable’ disease, and the night we prayed the woman died. She was revived three times. The next morning she got out of bed and started living again. This is what we were told. The morning after dying, this woman was brought to the clinic, where the doctors were amazed because she had no traces of the disease left.

It is only by the smiles on the faces of the girls that I believe this, and Jake and Manuel both seemed to believe it, so I figured this was worth a blog.
