If you're like me you have a folder of all the blogs you stalk and keep up to date with. it's a little ironic since im horrible at blogging myself but I creep peoples blog all day long. Sure it's a little creepy that I know everything about some families ive never met before via the interweb. But there is something that just hooks me in and I can't stop coming back to see what is happening in thier lives.
I recently found a blog of two girls living my absolute dream. They live out of a van and travel around the states transforming peoples lives. They share the love of Jesus with anyone and everyone they meet along the way. These two girls are bringing hope and love back into peoples normal,mundane lives by putting their expectancy in Jesus Chirst. They are walking out their calling in a bold and courageous way.
There is just something that gets me so excited when I watch their video. My spirit just starts stirring and I can't help but get on craigslist and search for a van of my own right after I watch. I think I text my dad everytime just to see if he is willing to get me an old vw van to start my own journey like this.
I've recently been getting an itch to head back out and be on a journey of my own again. I know I really am on one right now as we speak but my heart is longing to get out from behind this desk today and see more of the world and love on it's people. To be the one sent out again rather than sending others out.
The good news is that I am headed back out!! This summer I will be headed back out leading trips! Getting the best of both worlds, to send others out and getting go go myself!! More details coming soon!
