In a life full of transitions and unmet expectations I seem to always find little things that make life great. Things that help maintain a sense of peace and comfort in such a crazy, crazy lifestyle!
This month God has given me a sweet spot; He gave me a stoop that looks out over a magnificent Romanian mountainside. From my stoop I can hear every insect you can imagine, including the thousands of bees buzzing in the field by our house. As I sit on these steps and ponder all of life’s mysteries I feel so close to the heart of God that I can physically feel His presence.
We have only been here for a few days and already God is doing so many great things in my heart. I don’t know what this month holds, other than a lot of uncertainty, but I will continue to sit on my stoop and hear from God. It’s definitely my favorite place to be.
