I am not even on the World Race yet so I was not expecting what happened to me this morning!! And even if I were expecting it, I probably still would have freaked out…I mean, you probably would have too…if you are a normal human being!
So I woke up this morning, late I might add, and I ran to the bathroom to take my shower. No big deal right? You couldn't be more wrong…I looked up, and there was a giant flying roach thing in the corner of the ceiling and the wall!! He looked a little something like this…
Anways, this guy was on the wall, and he was sitting really still. So I thought to myself, "Savannah, you are late for work, and you are going on the World Race. Get over it and wash your hair!" So I did, and then he started moving!!!
So naturally, I started freaking out all over again, it was ridiculous! I thought if I would knock on the wall or something he would stand still again…wrong again! He moved to the ceiling really fast, so I started freaking out even more!! I'm pretty sure this is the part where I started to scream!! You see, if he climbed on the ceiling he was going to fall right on top of my head!! And that could happen!!!
So I continued to scream and freak out as he made his way to the ledge of the shower, when my mom came to the rescue!!! But not before the monster fell to the shower floor, trapping me! She grabbed a shoe, came into the bathroom, and squashed the giant!! She was my knight in shining armor!! And she laughed at me the whole time!!
So now you know one of my greatest fears…giant flying roach things….I hate them!! They freak me out so bad! So be warned team…I will overreact at the sight of any, and all, monsters!
And that was my morning. Just in case you were wondering, I did end up being late for work this morning, and I blame it all on this nasty little bug!!
