Hey Y’all! My name is Savannah. I am a senior at the University of Arkansas studying Birth through Kindergarten Development. The plan is to get my masters of Occupational Therapy at the University of Arkansas after I get back from this trip, but we’ll see what God has in mind for me because he’s changed “my plans” a lot.
I learned about the World Race after returning from a mission trip to Brazil. I felt really called to international missions at that time in my life and began researching different opportunities. I stumbled across this trip and for some reason it just really stuck out. I felt that the desire to go on this trip would die. But four years later, and I still feel a huge fire in my heart to go. As soon as this trip opened, I applied and week later I was accepted. And now we’re here!
Fun Facts:
1. I go to Chick-Fil-A every day and get a mainly unsweet with a little bit of sweet tea.
2. I watched all of Game of Thrones in under a month.
3. I am a Netflix junkie and an avid napper.
4. I love having schedules, and I couldn’t live without my planner.
