I’ve figured out the focus of the next part of my life! Well, actually God just reminded me of my real purpose in life, To be a disciple and to disciple others. I have spent this entire Race learning how to be Jesus’ disciple. In the last few months, God has given me numerous reminders that I need to be sharing my walk with others. Now God is prompting me (or rather shoving me) to pour out into others so that they see God, and the gospel spread exponentially, not just one person at a time. Since I have never really been truly discipled by someone, that is also a necessary step in my life.
So…
First step, seek out the person who God has laid on my heart to guide me in following Him. Easier said than done, but I’m excited to see where this part takes me as a believer!
Second step (simultaneous with the first), get to discipling others!! God has some specific people that he would like to me actively seek to mentor and disciple to follow him more closely. I get to be part of their lives, and learn who they are in Christ, as they continue to seek God and learn to follow him, as well as learn to disciple even more people!
Here is to the rest of my life, getting to praise God with other people, glorifying him in all I do!
