Because our Romania hosts are so generous, they drove us all the way to our ministry sites in Macedonia, then drove all the way back to Romania, which is about 28 hours of travel in total.
We left on Sunday night, the 24 of July, around 9pm, traveling over night through Southern Romania, Western Bulgaria, Eastern Serbia, and then through Macedonia to the town of Ohrid. This involved 5 border patrol stops through the night.
We arrived in Ohrid at about noon on Monday, and spent a few hours at the lake to relax (and so our drivers could take a nap). Around 4pm we drove as a squad to Bitola, Macedonia, where my team got off the caravan.
The other two teams continued driving to Shtip and Skopje, to join their month eight ministries.
Although this was a longer travel day, it was fun to travel with hosts, and with the squad all together!
