As you may know, for the last 14 days, P2 (my team), has done a ministry called “Unsung Heroes”.
To go with my crazy travel exhaustion, here is a bit of random rhyme to put reason to my UH conclusions and my heart for the ministry… You may need to speak this out loud to get the flow of the words.
We All Can Be Unsung Heroes:
Unsung heroes change the world each day,
sometimes reaching far into their hearts to pray
They have so much to give, even when they have nothing to live
They put their hearts on the line, And give their time,
Because they know The King.
Only the Father can provide what is truly needed, as Fathers can.
He looks after his children, woman, girl, boy, and man.
He gave before I requested, And granted things I could not know
He had my best interest in mind, And kept me safe with a ‘no’
He guided with wisdom, and proved his love in the dark,
he used random moments to strengthen, even in a car park.
I needed guidance from his spirit, Promises from the King,
Hope in his salvation, The truth that set me free
I wanted to show more, To lift hearts and smiles,
But without direction, I didn’t think it was worth while
I then began to realize
that I held the secret in my eyes:
The Father is in me, around me, through me
He is loving as I love, Being as I be
Acting as I act, Seeing as I see
I want you to remember what you can achieve
With The truth that is inside you, if only you believe
We have the power, the desire
We have the truth, the fire
we have the heart, the love, the relationship
We have the authority to change the world
We all can be unsung heroes.
