Training camp has changed my life forever. We have laughed, cried, and been exhausted while having our mind exposed to and stretched by incredible teaching. One of the phrases that will always stick in my mine is the following: the little choices make the big choices.
We all have choices. We choose what to wear and eat, where to go, what attitude we have for each day and throughout the day, how we treat others, when we get up and when we sleep. Every little choice can change the course of our entire day.
The little choices make the big choices. The little prayers make the big prayers. The little trust makes the big trust.
I am no longer a missionary. My little choices are giving me the chance to be a disciple, one who follows the Holy Spirit as only I can. My choice today is to listen and obey. Even if that means just giving a hug to someone who is on my mind, or smiling at someone on the street.
