Hey all,
I'm not in a super-bloggy mood, so I won't share many words, but I did want to share a couple things with you. Right now my team is in the slums outside of Phnom Penh, Cambodia working with Teen Challenge. We are with the women's ministry, which was started just 5 months ago! It is AWESOME! I love the vision of Koy (founder) for this ministry. There are a few challenges this month, like trying to communicate with the students here without words (translation opportunities are minimal) and adjusting to being back out of civilization (we grew all too comfortable with air conditioning and flushing toilets the past 2 months). I LOVE this ministry though, so so much. I'm sure I'll write more later, once I've adjusted to the black splotches that showed up on my computer screen as a result of my screen getting cracked during travel (praise the Lord this happened month 10 and not month 1 or 2!)

Below are 2 videos that the World Race team before us created for Teen Challenge. Check them out and please pray for this ministry. Pray for our time here, that we can leave a lasting positive impact on the women and that we can show them Christ's love without words. Pray for the 10 women, their 3 kids, 1 baby, and 1 unborn baby who will arrive in 3 months, that they would experience the healing, hope, freedom, love and new life that Christ offers. Pray for the growth of this ministry. Koy has awesome visions and goals for this ministry to expand to reach more women and children, provide them with more care services, offer them job opportunities after they complete the Teen Challenge program, and become a self-sustained ministry (not relying on outside support).
